There are many people who really think that chocolate is sinful or has bad effects, but actually there are many benefits of eating chocolate for human beings.Chocolate is being used for treatment of many diseased.According to the current nutritional researches, it has been identified that there are numerous health benefits of eating chocolates. There are probably ten basic benefits and advantages of eating chocolates on a regular basis.
1.Reduce High Blood Pressure:
 The chocolates reduce high Blood Pressure due to presence of Flavonoids in cacao which balances the blood pressure and also decreases the blot clotting. The chocolates are used in intensive hyper active drugs.

 It is high on improving the flow of blood to the key regions of the brain for about two to three hours in a continuous form after eating chocolates. Thus help in decreasing tiredness, ageing effects and sleepiness.

British psychologists found that flavanols , which are found in chocolate helped people with their mental math. Study showed that an easier time counting backwards from a randomly-generated number between 800 and 999 after drinking a cup of hot chocolate than they did without the cocoa.
6. Chocolate may prevent cancer:
Cocoa contains a compound called pentameric procyanidin, or pentamer, which disrupts cancer cells ability to spread.

Researchers at the Johns Hopkins University found that dark chocolate shields cells in your brain, and accordingly protects it from damage caused by stroke. Epicatechin, a compound found in chocolate, significantly reduced the brain damage in mice who suffered strokes, they found. Scientists at California's Salk Institute also found that epicatechin improved mice’s memories
8. Chocolate reduces the risk of diabetes:
Study has  found that eating chocolate increases insulin sensitivity, which reduces the risk of diabetes.
9. Chocolate decreases stroke risk:
A Swedish study found that eating more than 45 grams of chocolate per week about two bars worth led to a 20 percent decrease in stroke risk among women. Chocolate contains flavonoids, whose antioxidant properties help fight strokes.
10. Chocolate reduces the likelihood of a heart attack:
Other studies show that eating chocolate prevents blood clots, which in turn reduces the risk of heart attacks. Blood platelets clump together more slowly in chocolate eaters.
